It's summertime and everybody heads for the beaches or seaside resorts to spend their summer vacations.
Some prefer to go to the mountains rather than the beach but what it counts is to relax and try not to stress out about the daily grind of the cities.

On the beach, we cannot forget to carry with us a beach umbrella, sun lotion or towels in order to lie on the white sand while reading an interesting book or sunbathing. Try avoiding the sunny hours when the sun shines the most, you risk getting sunburnt or suffering from a sunstroke. To avoid this, do not forget to use sun lotion on your skin so that you won't get burnt. Otherwise, after sun lotion is required. Other parts of the body sensitive to the sun are our eyes so using sunglasses is a must.

And when thirsty! Drink enough water so that your body won't become dehydrated!
